I'm so glad you're here!
Being a birth and postpartum doula is more than just my work, it's my calling. I've had the honor of supporting many families through one of life's biggest transitions, offering reassurance, guidance, advocacy, and a calming presence during birth and the early postpartum days. Every family's journey is unique, and I'm here to guide you with warmth, knowledge, and deep respect for your choices.
My approach to birth is about creating a calm supportive space where you feel safe, empowered and heard. I believe that birth should be centered around individualized care- where your needs, your voice and your experience are fully supported!
The days and weeks after birth are a tender time of profound change, discovery and adjustment. As your postpartum doula I'll bring wisdom, experience and compassion to support you in this new chapter of life.
My goal is to help you feel confident and cared for as you settle into life with your little one and discover your own rhythm as a family!
A bit about my life...
I share my Healdsburg home with my sweet rescue doggies Isley and Avi, my furry little sidekicks! I love the ocean, hiking in nature, music, cooking (and eating), exploring new places- whether near or far, and spending time with people who bring me joy!
I'm also, and most importantly, the mother of two amazing grown daughters. Giving birth to each of them was powerful and transformative and they, along with my two beautiful little granddaughters Parker and Emmie, are the absolute lights of my life!
